measures in place,
you can easily guard against toxic gasses
in your baby's environment that are attributed to SIDS."

No More SIDS Foundation

At No More SIDS we believe that Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is not a syndrome. Nor do we believe that SIDS is a genetic defect in the brain stem of your infant.  SIDS occurs when a combination of factors come together to adversely and tragically affect the health of your baby.  With the right preventative measures in place, we believe you can protect your baby from the risk of SIDS.

Our mission is to educate you about the research behind SIDS that is not currently accepted by the mainstream medical community, so you have the knowledge to make informed decisions about your baby’s health and safety.  We want to raise your level of awareness about your baby’s environment and direct you to the resources that will provide you with the simple tools you need to protect your baby from SIDS.

In addition, it is our ultimate objective to enact regulatory change to protect infants from chemicals used in baby products, and to further the research about toxins present in our baby’s sleeping environment.   Until then, we will work towards educating those in charge of infant day care centers, providing solutions for families in need, and partnering with the medical community to provide information to new parents.

While we would prefer to use the terms Cot Death or Crib Death, we will continue to use the acronym SIDS throughout our website because it is internationally recognized and more commonly used in the United States.

We hope that you will find the information contained within this site useful and valuable. Moreover, we hope you will join us in spreading the word to other parents and caregivers so they too can create a healthier and safer environment for their infants.  We believe SIDS is preventable.

Be safe. Be well. Be informed.
